Our borscht is cooked on beef broth with beetroot, cabbage and potatoes and served with sour cream. The favourite is the borscht set: a bowl of borscht with salo (cured pork fat), Borodinsky rye bread and garlic.
Borscht is one of the three most ordered dishes of our delivery. We bring it hot to Patong, Kata, Karon, Chalong, Rawai and Bang Tao.
