We make our own tvorog (farmer cheese) from milk — hard to find in Phuket. Sold in 0.5 and 1 kg packs: for syrniki, bakes or just with sour cream and jam.
The same tvorog goes into our syrniki, cottage cheese pancakes, sochni and chocolate-glazed cheese bars.
